IMPORTANT
#1 BEFORE FLASHING, EVERY IMPORTANT DATA FROM THE PHONE SHOULD BE BACKED UP
#2 THE MASS STORAGE CONTENT SHOULD BE BACKED UP TOO, AND IT SHOULD BE FORMATTED
#3 IF NOT FORMATTED DELETE THE SYSTEM FOLDERS FROM MASS STORAGE
#4 THE PHONE SHOULD BE SWITCHED OFF BEFORE STARTING FLASH
#5 PHONE SHOULD NOT BE CONNECTED TO COMPUTER UNLESS INSTRUCTED BY THE FLASHING SOFTWARE
Open Phoenix
Now follow the pictorial instructions
Now bring all the original downloaded firmware files into the above mentioned folder
To do this, create a folder named "RM-xxx" inside the above mentioned folder, where xxx is the device's number, and paste the files inside this folder
According to the example the files should be in this folder now - "C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\RM-xxx\"
Now follow the rest of the guide...
Thank You Guys... Happy Flashing...

DeleteUse the above cfw only if your firmware version on phone is 22.0.007
not 23.0.015 -the latest version.
It is a nice CFW. Try it.
but bro I have 23.0.015... so I cannot update with pro candy? ? this depends on ofw? ? means I have to flash my phone only cfw that support my new ofw? is it right that I understood?
ReplyDeleteYeah bro. You are right. You can install a Custom Firmware only if its version matches with the Original Firmware version on your phone. The Original Firmwares for any Nokia phone can be downloaded using this application here http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?lua5hxr6wcb5z4z
DeleteI have also heard that we can downgrade the firmware version. I have not tried it and am not sure about. So try at own risk.
ohk thanx 4 replies...

ReplyDeleteWhy. To get product code options, you have to first copy the OFW files in C dive default folder. Did you do that???
